We represent individual and business debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. Services include pre-planning, tax debt discharge, and post-bankruptcy credit repair. The Firm also has expertise with out-of-court workouts and settlements, and IRS tax offers-in-compromise.

Receiverships
